Youth Summer Theatre Experience at Viviana Theatre

"Providing Community Theatre for both Children and Adults"

Each summer, Viviana Theatre offers a summer camp for children entering 2nd Grade through finishing 12th Grade. This year, our participants will perform both Mary Poppins Jr. and Frozen Jr. at the end of the experience. Our 4 1/2 week program offers a lunch program as well as acting, dance and vocal lessons each day. Students will learn all about what it takes to put on a live theatre production.

Audition workshop to be held on Sunday, April 14 from 12 noon - 4 pm. During the workshop we will go over audition songs and do some theatre skills lessons. We will provide a snack and participants should bring a water bottle with their name on it. At the end of the workshop, auditions will held for casting of the Mary Poppins Jr. and Frozen Jr.  Anyone seeking a lead/principal role is required to sing a Broadway song in the same style as Frozen Jr. or Mary Poppins Jr. You may sing a song from either show. Everyone will be taught a dance combination and read from a script.
